This page provides the information on how to keep up to date with news from Christ Church using a service called RSS which stands for "Really simple syndication".

For news feeds you just need to install a feed reader or feed aggregator on your PC and then drag and drop one of the RSS icons onto the aggregator. 

The "Listen on line" delivers multi media files to deliver the "content" and these are are  called Podcasts in web speak.  To listen to these you may want to use a podcatching application such as Apple's iTunes player - there are alternates as well so take a look around.  A Podcatcher such as iTunes would also allow you to move the files from your PC to a portable device such as an iPlayer or mobile phone.
